The Courage to Keep Becoming

What happens when we know the next step—and fear arrives anyway?

Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s the spiritual practice of staying connected to what matters when fear would rather make the decision for us. In “The Courage to Keep Becoming,” Rev. Dianne M. Daniels explores how fear of failure, fear of success, and the uncertainty of change can shape our choices—and how our Unitarian Universalist Values can help us find our way forward.

Through four simple movements—Notice, Listen, Clarify, and Act—we’ll consider how to hear what fear has to say without giving it the deciding vote, choose one faithful next step, and remember that we do not have to walk the path alone.

Join us as we practice the courage to keep becoming, with Love at the center.
