Gratitude is More than an Attitude

The true meaning of gratitude is a deep appreciation for the good things in life, seeing them as gifts and not taking them for granted.

It’s more than a fleeting feeling; it’s an attitude and a way of life that involves acknowledging both the tangible (like a place to live) and intangible (like kindness or simple joys), often leading to a desire to give back to others. This mindset can be cultivated through reflection, recognizing your dependence on others and the world around you, and expressing thankfulness.
