Rental of Our Building & Office Space

Our Worship & Gathering spaces may be rented for occasions and celebrations such as Weddings and Memorial services. The building is available to congregation members at no fee.

Non-members should review our rental policy and pricing table carefully before requesting a reservation. Our building’s maximum capacity for occasions and celebrations is thirty (30) people, due to occupancy restrictions based on our building’s square footage. This limit cannot be exceeded.

All space rentals require use of our cleaning contractor to re-set the space prior to Sunday services or weekday meetings.

Second (2nd) Floor Office Spaces Available

Our second-floor offices at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Norwich (UUCN) offer a peaceful, light-filled environment that’s ideal for small businesses, wellness practitioners, counselors, and creatives seeking an inspiring workspace.

Each office is private and secure, with shared access to a restroom and a common waiting/reception area. Utilities (no wi-fi) are included in the rent. You’ll enjoy the charm of our historic building, a convenient downtown location, and a welcoming atmosphere aligned with our values of community, inclusiveness, and connection.

Parking

Free two-hour parking and permit options are available at the Main Street Garage, directly across the street at 70 Main Street. The garage offers free parking for up to two hours per day between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., or monthly permits for regular tenants.
